A passion for patient care and outstanding results.

The practice is really an extension of Mathew's philosophy on patient care.

When designing the practice, Mathew had two main things in mind. Firstly, he wanted a space that was light, calm and comfortable for patients. "It is always stressful attending medical appointments and this is often compounded by protracted waiting in small, dark waiting rooms". "Light, soft natural colours and practical, comfortable furniture help make your visit as pleasant as possible" says Mathew. The space also provides a positive work environment which he believes helps him and his staff to deliver the best care possible.

The second purpose of the design was to provide efficient care to patients with consideration for privacy and comfort and adequate space to move, change dressings, perform procedures and complete any administration matters.

Mathew personally designed the layout and interior. The timber panelling was recycled from old fencing on his parents farm. Mathew says "it adds warmth to reception and reminds me of my roots and imparts a sense of home away from home". The artwork is by Hugh Evans who is based in Flinders and has a talent for soothing the mind through his creative brush strokes.

"I designed the rooms with an aim to deliver a space that not only provides functionality but offers staff and patients a warm and relaxed environment".   - Mathew Lee

Mathew's staff are people with whom he chooses to work because of their care towards patients, an incredible work ethic and willingness to go beyond the call of duty. In addition to this, they all have the highest qualifications and experience in what they do. Mathew states "I have every confidence that they can look after my patients in exactly the manner that I would do so myself".
